A few hectic days remain till the start of the new calendar year, 2023. The year 2023 is almost approaching, and with it comes the promise of even more amazing Anime.
There will be plenty to keep us occupied throughout the year, from fresh adaptations to returning fan favorites. The last several years have been good to anime fans, and 2022 was especially great.
Many highly anticipated films are coming out this year, and we can’t wait to see some of our favorite Anime again and some very good adaptations. In no particular order, these are the most anticipated Anime in 2023 that we can’t wait to watch.

These Anime In 2023 Will Be Truly Entertaining
Solo Leveling
A new anime based on the massively famous webcomic Solo Leveling will be the most anticipated Anime in 2023. The show centers on Jinwoo, a frail hunter who must defend humanity from the monstrous threats that threaten their world.
A strange force chooses him and endows him with superhuman strength, completely altering the course of his life. This adaptation will be directed by A-1 Pictures, the same company responsible for the films Erased and Sword Art Online.
The original illustrator DUBU passed away earlier this year, just after the Anime was announced. We believe that the audience will enjoy the first time his work is presented on film because of the talented people working on this production.
Trigun Stampede
The 1990s manga Trigun was adapted into a new anime series called Trigun Stampede. The new adaptation of this classic space western will debut in January 2023.
In the 32nd century, a man named Vash the Stampede has a $60 billion reward on his head, and the Anime chronicles his adventures as he tries to elude bounty hunters. The fact that he is not a typical human makes this Anime so interesting; his nickname is the Humanoid Typhoon.
Attack on Titan Final Season Part 3
The current “final season” has already lasted three years, and when it concludes, it will account for roughly half of the total episode count for the entire series.
Jokes about the show’s title won’t deter viewers already invested in the series, so expect this to be a top-rated anime of 2023.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2
MAPPA Studio has produced another major artist. This anime adaptation of the manga by Gege Akutami follows high schooler Yuji Itadori as he becomes involved with the school’s Occult Club for kicks.
However, when he consumes a cursed talisman, everything changes for the worse. Because of how fantastic the first season was, this dark fantasy will undoubtedly be one of your top ten most anticipated Anime of 2023. As the first season won Anime of the Year at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards in 2021, we have yet to determine what will happen in the second, but we expect it to be just as successful.
Vinland Saga Season 2
The second season will likely follow Thorsfinn as he grows from a troubled and vengeful boy to a confused and aimless young adult. While information is limited at the moment, the first two official trailers for Season 2 of Vinland Saga reveal that several new friends will play a significant role in Thorsfinn’s next ordeals.
We can’t wait to see how far Thorsfinn travels; after all, he’s dropped some major hints about the famous land of Vinland appearing on the horizon. Season 2 of Vinland Saga will begin on January 9, 2023, and there are currently plans for 24 episodes.

Misfit of Demon King Academy Season 2
This action-fantasy Anime, based on the light novel by Shu, follows Anos as he reclaims his throne as the Demon King. Alongside his throne threatened by new demons, Anos is reincarnated after two millennia and attends classes with his offspring.
But before that can happen, he has to graduate from the Demon King Academy, where he stands out like a sore thumb. Fans were concerned the show wouldn’t go on after star Tatsuhisa Suzuki was caught in an adulterous affair and was replaced as Anos by Yuichiro Umehara for the second season.
Tokyo Revengers Season 2
It’s no wonder the second season of this sci-fi action anime is one of the most anticipated Anime in 2023.
The second season picks up after the gory events of the Halloween arc, with Takemichi Hanagaki returning in time to arrange a fight between the Tokyo Manji Gang and the 10th Generation Black Dragon and a dystopian future on Christmas.
Dr. Stone: New World
To his post-apocalyptic companions, the scientific hero Senku in the second season anime “Dr. Stone: Stone Wars,” based on the manga by Riichiro Inagaki and created by Boichi, revealed his two primary goals: to build a spacecraft to tour the planet and to uncover the mysteries of petrification.
These goals will be the subject of the next third season of “Dr. Stone: New World,” which is set to premiere on Crunchyroll in the spring of 2023.
Nier: Automata Ver1.1a
The full title of the anime adaptation, “NieR: Automata V1.1a,” may explain how this challenging task will be accomplished. Playing through the game more than once is necessary to fully understand what’s going on. Thus, there could be numerous “versions” of the Anime, each providing a unique take on the plot.
However faithful or inaccurate this movie is to the original, one thing is certain: 2B, the android costumed as a gothic Lolita, will be named the year’s best female lead by several publications. Beginning in January 2023, the series will be available on Crunchyroll for international streaming.
Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King
The Black Clover manga and anime series aired in Japan from 2017 to 2021. This fan-favorite fantasy adventure anime will soon hit theaters as a feature film.
In this Anime, young Asta will go to great lengths to become the Wizard King. The one small problem is that Asta needs to have special abilities. In this film, Asta and his allies will go up against Conrad Leto, the previous Wizard King.
