Fans have been made aware of “Black Frieza,” the ultimate form of Frieza that is now the most potent.

Since it was first seen in Chapter 87 of Dragon Ball Super, Frieza’s new transformation has shocked the whole anime community.

In one of the most unpredictable ways possible, the disclosure brought the Granolah the Survivor arc to a close. We will surely see this new shift in the Shonen series in the future when the Heeters have been defeated and Black Frieza is in command.

The evilest antagonist in the series was Frieza, who first appeared in Dragon Ball Z’s early episodes. Planet Vegeta was one of the numerous planets that this galactic dictator destroyed and subjugated.

During a battle with Frieza on Namek, Goku became a Super Saiyan of the fundamental level. They were on the verge of losing this conflict. Later, Future Trunks wiped off Frieza.

Despite this, the antagonist was revived by him and he acquired a new form dubbed Golden Frieza in Dragon Ball Super. Black Frieza is a considerably more potent version of him than that, as the manga demonstrates.

Black Frieza’s role in upcoming narratives and whether or not it will be featured in the anime are both unknown at this time.

Frieza has evolved into his most powerful form in the Dragon Ball Super series as of the most recent episode’s release.

The question is, how did the adored villain achieve this incredibly powerful new level?

With the release of the most recent chapter of the series, the Granolah the Survivor arc has officially come to an end.

After making numerous significant teases about Frieza and his alleged involvement in the Heeters’ actions throughout the arc, the manga has now delivered on its promise to introduce the baddie back to the series.

However, following the villain’s protracted absence, it occurred in a way that viewers were most definitely not anticipating.

When Frieza returned to the series in Dragon Ball Super, the Granola the Survivor arc came to a conclusion, and he confessed that he had been preparing to gain new abilities. While Goku, Vegeta, and Granolah struggled to battle Gas, Frieza swiftly defeated him by unleashing his “Black Frieza” form, which was considerably more powerful than Goku and Vegeta at the time.

It has sparked a lot of speculation about what might happen next after he teased that he had discovered a Room of Spirit and Time while travelling to train for ten long years.

In Dragon Ball Super chapter 87, Frieza defeated Gas right away. When questioned about how he did it, given that Gas had evolved into the universe’s strongest being, Frieza responded that he was probably not included because he was outside the universe.

He spent ten years honing his skills in the Room of Spirit and Time before finally unlocking a new power. Given that Black Frieza is able to defeat Goku and Vegeta with a single blow, it begs the question of how strong he is if Golden Frieza was this powerful with only a week or two of training.

The main concern right now is where this Room of Spirit and Time might be. When Goku was working with Merus to master his Ultra Instinct form, we last saw one in action.

It’s possible that this is the same one that Frieza found into ten days prior to discovering this new form. It’s possible that it’s simply a new room located far within Frieza’s domain, but it also raises the question of why Frieza chose to train for 10 years in order to acquire this new form.

What may have motivated Frieza to train as hard as he did, considering that he claims he didn’t want to be humiliated forever by the Saiyans and that he appeared to be involved in a new conspiracy when he first arrived in Cereal? Will Black Frieza’s new power level be within Goku and Vegeta’s grasp?

In Frieza’s black variant, his lower body, arms, neck, and tail take on a dark tint, while most of his head, shin and arm guards, change to a dark silver. The previous two colours continue onto Frieza’s hands and feet.

In contrast to Golden Frieza, the rest of his body and lower face remain mostly unaltered, maintaining Frieza’s purple shoulder parts.

Gas was easily defeated after Black Frieza entered the picture. When Vegeta and Goku were at their peak, he was reputed to be strong enough for them to battle. The Heeter’s bones collapsed to the ground when Black Frieza fractured his skull after hitting Gas in the chest with his fist. The Heeter’s lifespan had already expired.

It’s important to note that prior to the arrival of Black Frieza, Gas was the most powerful being in Universe 7. Compared to Granola Goku and Vegeta, he was much powerful. The Ultra forms that Goku and Vegeta both possess are incredibly potent and might likely help them fight Broly, who they were unable to defeat with their Super Saiyan Blue forms.

Remember that Golden Frieza, who was actually extremely powerful, was being played around with by the Legendary Super Saiyan in DBS: Broly. Although Legendary Super Saiyan Broly may be stronger than Ultra Instinct Goku & Ultra Ego Vegeta in this sense, their struggle against Gas demonstrates that Black Frieza is significantly more potent than the strongest human in Universe 7.

In a single punch to both of True Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta’s respective abdomens, Black Frieza quickly demonstrated his dominance as the strongest mortal in the universe. At this time in the Dragon Ball saga, only Black Frieza has successfully defeated Vegeta and Goku in their Ultra forms simultaneously.

This indicates that Black Frieza has just attained a new level of strength, one that Vegeta and Goku must also acquire if the dictator is to put an end to his nefarious schemes.

Ten years of hard training allowed Frieza to become strong enough to compete with the Saiyans. But you may remember that in the past, Frieza did not place a lot of value on training. Jiren has been preparing for a number of current Dragon Ball Super manga storylines.

Even though Black Frieza may now be the strongest character in the Dragon Ball Super universe, Jiren vs. Black Frieza may cause Frieza to lose some of his arrogance. And you can be sure that Goku and Vegeta will be eager to train and discover yet another new degree of transformation strength to reach!

Particularly in terms of the future of the plot, Dragon Ball has benefited greatly from the introduction of Frieza’s new Black variant in the manga. As of right now, Frieza has defeated Gas, Goku, and Vegeta with ease, making him the most powerful mortal in Universe 7. But Beerus – the God of Destruction of Universe 7, and possibly the most powerful Destroyer God in the multiverse, was the one adversary that neither Goku nor Vegeta was able to vanquish or even come close to conquering.

The strength of Beerus is not, however, something we can accurately measure. Since he has never fully manifested his power, all we can say for sure is that he will always be more powerful compared to any other mortals in Universe 7.

Beerus’ power level is probably higher than Frieza at this moment because he is shielded by a story mechanism that makes him stronger than any other mortal.

In other words, despite the fact that Frieza was able to defeat both Ultra Instinct Goku and Ultra Ego Vegeta, he cannot be equated to the God of Destruction.

In a sense, it is evident that Black Frieza is more powerful than Goku or Vegeta while they are each in their respective Ultra forms. When Frieza quickly dispatched Gas, whom Goku and Vegeta couldn’t even stop, and when the tyrant defeated the Saiyans with a single blow, it was as obvious as day.

Whis did, however, previously advise Goku and Vegeta that they must develop their interdependence if they are to succeed in defeating Beerus. The truth is that there is a fair potential that Goku and Vegeta could still match Black Frieza and battle him on equal level if they were both at their peak power levels and if they mastered how to properly work together in sync, whether he was talking about physically collaborating or discussing fusion.

Frieza has been a fixture of the series up until this point due to his ridiculously high level of popularity, and it appears that his persona may now be able to provide more to the narrative of Dragon Ball Super than just another sadistic despot.

Frieza serves as a special means of exploring the greater breadth of the Dragon Ball universe thanks to his status as an interstellar conqueror. In the upcoming chapters of Dragon Ball Super, fans can expect to discover more about Frieza’s new abilities and how this transformation will alter the entire mythos of the series.
