Even though One Piece is one of the world’s most popular anime and manga series, the One Piece Netflix live action series came about only a few years ago.
One Piece will follow in the footsteps of the 2017 Death Note movie and the 2021 Cowboy Bebop by becoming the latest anime and manga series to receive a live-action Netflix adaptation.
Eiichiro Oda, the man of the One Piece manga, is serving as the adaptation of One Piece for Netflix’s streaming service along with Tomorrow Studios.
Hiroyuki Nakano, the editor-in-chief of Weekly Shonen Jump, first revealed the series in July 2017 to mark the manga’s 20th anniversary.

In August 2022, the live-action One Piece adaptation for Netflix finished filming. In addition to various photos from the set, the cast and crew posted blog posts about their time filming in Cape Town.
In addition to announcing the production wrap in September on Instagram, showrunner Matt Owens also expressed his sincere gratitude to the actors, staff, and everyone else who worked on the One Piece production in Cape Town.
Unfortunately, there has yet to be a release schedule or date for the One Piece Netflix live Action series, but it is undoubtedly moving forward. The showrunners of the series, Matt Owens and Steven Maeda, also collaborate with Oda.
Iaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp, and Taz Skylar as Sanji are just a few of the essential characters in the Straw Hat cast.
Is There An One Piece Netflix Live Action Series Trailer?

Godoy, Maeda, and Owens appear to be in a scene that closely resembles The Going Merry, the first ship of The Straw Hats. We also see concept drawings for The Going Merry, Baratie, Miss Love Duck (Alvida’s ship), and Miss Love Duck. A time-lapse film of Baratie’s construction is also shown.
The Creator Of Netflix’s Original Series Is Taking Advice

Ted Biaselli contributes significantly to the Netflix original series. He has led an onslaught of rating titans and genre-bending experiments as the service’s Director of Original Series.
Although some aspects are lacking, Biaselli acknowledges how influential “One Piece” may be for upcoming live-action projects.
Live-action television series can be risky, mainly if they are based on popular properties. Video games and manga are two of the most prominent examples of dishonest adaptations; in both mediums, innumerable efforts have failed to replicate what made the original so well-liked in the first place.
With the One Piece Netflix live action series, it is attempting to overcome the odds. The new “One Piece” is a significant step for Netflix in every way. Its success might herald the release of other live-action films suitable to the market or push them further away from that IP.
Even vital service members are vocalizing their aspirations and concerns about the series because they are pressured to make this title successful.
